We surface treat items in most materials used in industry. Whether it is steel, aluminum, iron or other metals, we adapt the method and system to the material so that the result lasts in the environment the item must function in.

Surface treatment of steel

Steel is one of the most common materials we work with. Wet coating and powder coating effectively protect steel parts against corrosion and wear – both for indoor and outdoor use, and in all corrosion classes as needed.

Surface treatment of aluminium

Aluminum requires the right pre-treatment for the paint to bond properly. We pre-treat and surface-treat aluminum parts to give them a durable, uniform finish – typically with powder coating, which provides a robust surface.

Surface treatment of iron and other metals

We also process iron and other metals, from single components to larger series. Pre-treatment such as degreasing, sandblasting and phosphating ensures that the surface treatment sticks and protects the item for many years.

We carry out iron phosphating of small and large items with the option of crane lifting and interior/exterior treatment.
We sandblast manually and blast clean items fully automatically. Both methods have a cleaning degree of up to SA3.
We treat the surface with both powder and wet coating.
We wet paint in all corrosion classes and primarily use reaction-hardening systems (epoxy/polyurethane). Powder coating takes place with epoxy as well as mix and polyester powders.
