Custom protection
Powder coating is a resistant solution
After applying the powder, the item is heat-treated at up to 180 degrees, so that the powder flows together and forms a uniform surface. After the heat treatment, the powder is solid as a strong, hardened varnish, and the item can be used immediately after surface treatment.
Powder coating is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The surface is very durable, can withstand high temperatures and is resistant to most chemical influences as well as weather and wind. Therefore, the method is an effective choice for corrosion protection of items that must withstand demanding conditions.
Powder coating of small and large series
We powder coat both individual items and large series of items in aluminum, steel and other metals. We produce the coating in a number of common color scales and have most standard RAL colors in stock in gloss 80 as well as a number of the most common colors in gloss 30. In addition, we have a wide range of special powders with a structure or metallic appearance in stock.
