Horsens Industrilakering offers industrial surface finishing of end products, semi-finished assemblies and individual parts.
We apply iron phosphate coatings to large and small items. The items can be lifted by crane and treated both internally and externally.
We are one of the few industrial coating companies in Denmark to offer blackening of steel. The process provides excellent corrosion resistance while retaining the original dimensions of the treated item.
We also have a fully automatic trichloroethylene degreasing plant at our disposal. The plant is primarily used for degreasing small items prior to subsequent finishing or assembly.
Items are sandblasted manually or shotblasted fully automatically. Both methods produce a cleanliness standard of up to SA3.
Horsens Industrilakering offers both powder coating and spray painting. We spray paint to all corrosion classes, primarily using reaction curing systems (epoxy/polyurethane), and use epoxy, polyester and mixed products for powder coating.
